Being a warm spring day we decided to have our lunch outside. The tables were located in the shade under an archway which served as an access to the courtyard. A bit busy and noisy.  The food was delicious,  the service casual, but competent.

We have been a few times before when staying in Alba. Great food and wine and the service is great and friendly.

We had a wonderful lunch in this restaurant. The decoration of the restaurant is quite special and the ambiance was great, stylish but relaxing. Service was great. We ordered black truffle tasting menu and we loved it! It is a restaurant that we will definitely come back again.

The only table I found in Alba as it was full of people because of hazelnuts and truffle festival and I am happy I have discovered it . Food was delicious and service cordial and professional, definitely will be back

Very good food. Very cheap to be this Quality of the food. Service was excellent. We make a wrong wine choice first and the Sommelier told us to change and he recommend a very good local Chardonnay. Value for the money.

Our second time in Supa. Again &quot;Maria e i ragazzi&quot; made us feel welcome and appreciated. This place has a relaxed vibe that allows you to enjoy your meal. I had a &quot;trippa&quot; that was really tasty and fulfilling, and prior to that &quot;una battuta di carne&quot; that was great just the way it came out of the kitchen. Thank you all for your hospitality, and we will be back when we return to the Langhe! Arrivederci!!

The service was super slow. When the main course was finally delivered it was cold. We complained as it was inedible and the chef came out and insulted us.

Food okay not more and the service was poor.

Sono stato in questo ristorante per pranzo con la mia ragazza in occasione di un fine settimana ad Alba. Il locale si trova in una zona sotterranea del centro storico della citt&agrave; piemontese. Tutto l&#39;ambiente &egrave; con i muri in sassi a vista e bellissime volte. Dopo aver ordinato ci &egrave; stato servito un&rsquo;entr&eacute;e di insalata russa con pane. grissini e focaccia. lo ho preso un piatto di ravioli al plin ripieni ai 3 arrosti con crema di castelmagno. Ho trovato la pasta ripiena buonissima e molo gustosa in questo abbinamento. A seguire ho optato per una tartare di fassona con tartufo bianco grattato al momento. La carne era fantastica e il profumo del tartufo ha esaltato il gusto. Ho accompagnato con un bicchiere di Nebbiolo. I prezzi sono onesti per l&#39;altissima qualit&agrave; dei prodotti proposti. Un&#39;esperienza da provare, soprattutto nel periodo del tartufo bianco.

I was in this restaurant for lunch with my girlfriend on a weekend in Alba, where the local is located in a subterranean area of the historic centre of the city of Piemonte. The whole environment is with walls in view and beautiful times. After ordering us was served a entrance of Russian salad with bread. griss and fox. I took a full-fylded raviols plate with three paddles with castle cream. I found the very good and sweet full pasta in this combination. Then I chose a fascinating tartar with white tartworm shaped at the moment. The meat was fantastic and the tartworms exalted the taste. I accompanied a glass of Nebbiolo. Prices are honest for the very high quality of the products proposed. A experience to try, especially during the period of white turtle.

Ristorante ricavato in sale ipogee tra le mura della Alba d&iacute; et&agrave; romana. Atmosfera davvero incantevole. Cibo molto buono nel solco della gloriosa tradizione con qualche elemento innovativo. Servizio cordiale e professionale mai invadente. Siamo stati davvero bene. Da consigliare.

Restaurant in hypogeous rooms between the walls of the Roman Alba. The atmosphere is really charming. There is a very good food in the soil of the glory tradition with some innovative elements. The friendly and professional service never invading. We were really good. To be advised.

Sicily food tour. Unlike the usual steaks, Sicily&#39;s main course is more fish, shrimp, pasta and rice. Often served with local goat milk cheese or vegetable sauce. Local citrus and lemon are highly regarded.
